2-16 - SAC Bowling Tournament

On Friday, February 16th the Colts attended the Southwest Athletic Conference Bowling Tournament hosted by Hackett Catholic at Airway Lanes in Portage. Prior to the day starting, conference awards were presented. Jacob Bowling received first-team honors placing 2nd in the boys Lakeshore Division with an average of 183.1. Tournament finishings were solid with the boys placing 10th out of 15 with a total pinfall of 1944. Aiden Woods both bowled new personal records! Bella bowled a 134 and Aiden a 201!

2-12 - Comstock 1 - Bronson 29

Monday February 12th, the Comstock Colts took on the Bronson Vikings in a division crossover match. The boys lost 1-29 and also got good insight on lane conditions in preparation for attending Regionals at Bronson. High scoring game for the Colts this night was Landon Hofacre with a 181!

2-7 - Comstock 30 - Saugatuck 0

Last night the Colts took on Saugatuck on February 7th, 2024. The boys WON 30-0! Landon Hofacre led the team with his new PR of 191!

2-6 - Comstock 2 - South Haven 28

On February 6th the squads took on a double header against South Haven. The boys lost 28-2 and 27-3. Landon Macleay double PR’ed the night with a 140 and 148! Thank you South Haven for not only hosting the double header, but purchasing our teams pizza and pop for dinner on this long but fun night!

2-1 - Comstock 21 - Gobles 9
1-31 - Comstock 24 - Gobles 6


The Boys Colts took on Gobles January 31st at home and February 1st away. The boys won both matches, 24-6 and 21-9! On Wednesday, two boys set new PR’s of Jacob Lang a 115 and Antwan Johnson with a 124! On Thursday, Jacob Bowling led the team with a 224!

1-30 - Comstock 7 - Allegan 23

On Tuesday, January 30th the colts took on Allegan. The boys lost 7-23. Gage Schmidtke bowled a 147!

1-25 - Comstock 1 - Quincy 29

The boys took on Quincy tonight at Midway Lanes resulting in a tough loss. The boys lost 1-29. Aiden Woods secured the point for the team with a 155. Antwan Johnson bowled a new PR of 133!

1-24 - Comstock 2 - Parchment 28

The Colts took a loss of 2-28 against Parchment. Jacob Lang scored a new PR of 115.

1-22 - Comstock 17 - Martin 13

The Colts took on Martin Schools on Monday January 22nd at Continental Lanes. The boys had another exciting win beating Martin 17 to 13! Jacob Bowling led the way with a 189. Aiden Woods and Landon Hofacre bowled new personal bests of 166 and 174, respectively.

1-19 - Comstock 25 - Parchment 5

The Comstock Colts went against the Parchment Panthers last night and rocked the alley with a win for both girls and boys teams! The boys won 25-5. For the boys team new PR’s were set by Jacob Lang with an 89 and Antwan Johnson with a 110. Gage Schmidtke contributed a 105 and 107 to the team total along with Landon Hofacre adding a 143 and 158 and Jacob Bowling a 189 and 190!

1-17 - Comstock 15 - Coloma 15.5

Wednesday January 17th the Colts took on Coloma. The boys had an incredible performance with a tie of 15-15 leading to a 5 frame roll off tiebreaker resulting in 50 Comstock, Coloma 63 ending in a loss for the colts. Coach Worden couldn’t be more proud of the boys integrity! Micah Sampson landed a new personal best of 155. Jacob Bowling anchored the team with a season record for both individual game of 242 and series of 458!

1-10 - Comstock 29 - Saugatuck 1

The Colts Bowling Squads took on Saugatuck in an away match at Lakeview Lanes. The boys teams won their first match of the season 29-1! Every player scored points for the team including Antwan Johnson, Jacob Lang, Gage Schmidtke, Aiden Woods, Micah Sampson, Landon Hofacre, and Jacob Bowling. Season high games were rolled by Antwan Johnson with a 122, Micah Sampson with a 159, Landon Hofacre with a 170, and Jacob Bowling with a 195.

1-7 - Pennfield Baker Tournament

The Comstock Colts took on the Battle of the Bakers tournament in Battle Creek at the M-66 Bowl today. The boys had a tough day but held their heads high with a new season best baker of 160! They were amazing sports as they cheered on the girls in the semi-finals.

12-20 - Comstock 2 - Quincy 28

The Comstock bowling teams took on Quincy tonight with great performances by both schools. The boys managed to score 2-28 also with a season best baker game of 158! Earning points for the team was Landon Hofacre with a 151 and Jacob Bowling with a season best so far of 213!

12-11 - Comstock 3.5 - Coloma 26.5

The Comstock Colts did their best tonight against the Coloma Comets with the young men 26.5-3.5.  Leading the way was Gage Schmidtke with a 156, Jacob Bowling with a 137, and Landon Macleay with a 102.

12-6 - Comstock 2 - Allegan 28


The Colts Varsity Bowling teams hosted their first home competition of the season at Continental Lanes against the Allegan Tigers last night. The Boys Colts also struck out with a tough loss of 28-2. Leading the way for the boys with a series of 234 was Gage Schmidtke. Scoring individual points for the team was Aiden Woods and Landon Hofacre.

12-4 - Comstock 7 - Martin 23

The Colts Varsity Bowling teams took on their first competition of the season head first against Martin at the Wayland Rock'n'Bowl.  The Boys Colts also had a tough loss of 23-7. Leading the way for the boys was Aiden Woods with a 158 and Landon Hofacre with a 153. Scoring individual points for the team was Landon Hofacre and Aiden Woods (2).
