![]() College Visits are coming - WE LOVE EM! If you are a junior or senior, you'll be glad to know colleges & universities are scheduling visits to our school! You can find out who is coming by 1) listening to announcements, 2) reading the announcements posted outside the office, 3) checking our bulletin board inside the student support services office, OR THE BEST IDEA is to continue to check this website! Students must sign up at least three days in advance of the visit, and college sign up sheets go up on the bulletin board at least two weeks before the visit. Beyond this webpage, scholarships are listed on daily announcements, posted on our scholarship bulletin board, and through corporate websites. The following are scholarships to date we have been informed of, along with the website address for further information. Special caution should be given to deadlines, as some applications need to be received by the deadline, while others need to be postmarked by the deadline.

On November 19, 2009, ALL seniors received a FAFSA worksheet. Seniors planning on going to college should be sure to do the following:
#1 - Take FAFSA Worksheet home and fill it out with a parent ASAP.
#2 - Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov and fill in your information.
ATTENTION SENIORS AND PARENTS : Go to www.pin.ed.gov to apply for a PIN # that will be required when applying for financial aid. Each student and parent will need a PIN# that will be used throughout the aid process, including subsequent school years. The FAFSA may be filed beginning on January 1, 2010--so make your tax appointments early!
