All projects are at the Board’s discretion and approval, and their priority may change based on key variables, including inflation, enrollment, fluctuation in the local and national economies, supply chain issues, material availability, and other unknown factors.
Series 1: $9.9M (July 2026)
- Comstock Middle School - Repair/restoration of roof
- Comstock High School - Installation of HVAC
Series 2: $6.4M (July 2028)
- Safety and security improvements, including barricading devices
- Compass High School - Repair/restoration of roof
- Compass High School - Renovation of interior spaces
Series 3: $7.0M (July 2030)
- Compass High School - Installation of HVAC
- Comstock High School - Renovation of remaining interior spaces
Total = $23.4 M (Bond sales are limited to $23.7M)
