Zach Tocco
Class of 2001
I nominated my son, Zach for the Comstock High School Sports Hall of Fame for a variety of reasons. Obviously, the activities on the field merit this honor but his accomplishments extend far beyond his athletic achievements. The lessons he gleaned from the coaches, his teammates and the process required to be named a team captain and become a state champion are evident in his life to this day. Zach’s work ethic, drive, integrity and dedication are on full display as a husband to his wife Beth, father to his four sons: Leo, Joseph, Andrew and Daniel, and the way he carries himself in his community as a coach, scout leader and friend. As his father I am extremely proud of Zach and want to recognize the role Comstock athletics played in molding the man he is today.
