12-11 - Comstock 4 - Bloomingdale 22
The Colts couldn't handle Bloomingdales height and let them get many second chances at the basket. The last game of the season didn't go as planned but the team overall got much better as the season went along. Kayne and Castell each had a bucket tonight.
12-10 - Comstock 27 Allegan 3
The Colts picked up their first win tonight on the road at Allegan! The game started out very slow, ending 0-0 after the first, but in the opening of the 2nd quarter the Colts came out on fire. It was a complete team effort defensively with many steals and rebounds. Jaimeon Rivera led the Colts with 14 and Layne Looper added a nice 3 pointer!
12-9 - Comstock 8 - Bangor 28
The Colts had a tough time matching up with Bangors speed. Too many fastbreak layups were given up. Kayne Briley led the team with 4 points.
11-25 - Comstock 2 - Allegan 48
The Colts had a difficult time handling Allegans press and relentless pressure tonight. Kayne Briley scored the lone basket.
11-18 - Comstock 11 - Fennville 21
The Colts started the game on fire with the first 6 points of the game all by Kayne Briley. Fennville stormed back scoring 11 in the first half. The game stayed close but the Colts got tired and lost control of the game in the 4th. Kayne led the team with 6 points.
11-14 - Comstock 2 Galesburg-Augusta 20
The 7th grade team lost at home against Galesburg. The boys struggled with the press, and the shots were simply not falling tonight. There is work that needs to be done! Castell Davis scored the lone basket
11-12 - Comstock 11 - St. Monica 31
The 7th grade B team started off the 2024 season at St. Monica. The boys started off the game very strong but let St Monica catch up and continue building the lead. Kayne Briley led the team with 6 points. Only the beginning!
