2-25 - Comstock 18 - Bloomingdale 17
Comstock won their last game against Bloomingdale 18-17. Taylor Roberts-Thomas scored the go ahead bucket with seconds remaining to put us up by 1 point. Desire Anderson contributed 5 points, Taylor Roberts-Thomas had 4, and Ariah Singleton had 2. The game was shared with the 7th grade team, so both teams had a half of gameplay.
2-19 - Comstock 16 - White Pigeon 24
The Colt’s lost a hard fought game against White Pigeon 24-16. Ariah Singleton and Sabria Yarbrough led the team with 7 points each. Brizeida Aguilera played good defense and Myla McClenney set important screens to get her teammates open offensively. Cahmila Vaughn pulled down important rebounds.
2-17 - Comstock 12 - Bangor 40
Comstock fell to Bangor 12-40. Sabria Yarbrough led the way with 7 points and Desire Anderson contributed 5 points. Taylor Roberts-Thomas hustled on both ends of the floor. Cahmila Vaughn held her own in the paint and played good defense.
2-10 - Comstock 34 - Hartford 17
Comstock pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat Hartford 34-17. Desire Anderson brought a strong offensive presence with 21 points and good distribution of the ball to her teammates. Samantha Hui-Wee scored her first 3 pointer of the season and finished with 5 points. Sabria Yarbrough followed with 4 points.
2-4 - Comstock 39 - Hartford 11
Comstock pulled away to beat Hartford 39-11. With multiple athletes scoring, Desire Anderson led with 17 points, Ariah Singleton and Brizeida Aguilera each had 5 points, and Lyla Borgert, Sabria Yarbrough, and Savannah Zirkelbach each had 4 points. Samantha Hui-Wee brought defensive pressure and did a good job getting her teammates open.
2-3 - Comstock 19 - Bloomingdale 21
The Colt’s lost a close game in Bloomingdale 19-21. Desire Anderson led the way with 15 points. Ariah Singleton and Sabria Yarbrough each had 2 points. Lyla Borget brought good hustle on both ends of the court and grabbed a few steals. Taylor Roberts-Thomas had a strong defensive presence in the paint.
1-29 - Comstock 29 - White Pigeon 11
The Colts beat White Pigeon 29-11 on their home floor. Desire Anderson had 23 points, Savannah Zirkelbach had 4 points, and Sabria Yarbrough had 2 points. Myla McClenney did a good job getting her teammates open and passing the ball. Lyla Borgert played good defense.
1-27 - Comstock 6 - Bangor 33
Comstock fell to Bangor 33-6. Desire Anderson and Ariah Singleton each had 3 points. Sabria Yarbrough handled pressure well while bringing the ball down the court. Savannah Zirkelbach grabbed key rebounds and Samantha Hui-Wee brought a spark defensively.
1-15 - Comstock 17 - Centreville 33
The Colts lost a tough game in Centreville 33-17. Desire Anderson led with 14 and Ariah Singleton followed with 3. Samantha Hui-Wee played strong defense and Taylor Roberts-Thomas pulled down some key rebounds.
