Big Congratulations to the freshman girls volleyball team for placing 2nd in the
quad last night. The girls played 2 games against lakeshore losing 7 to 25 and
10 to 25. They took on Sturgis next and won the first game 25 to 13. Maddie
Lennon had 2 aces. Kelci had one ace and served 10 times in a row. Samantha
Bogman had two kills and two block kills. They lost the second game 12 to 25.
And rallied back in the third to win 15 to 12. Maddie Lennon had 6 serves and 3
aces. Talyor Greys had 4 saves and a back row spike kill. Claire McFarlen had
two kills. They took Paw Paw next winning the first game 25 to 21 Nikki Denkert
with a kill and Samantha Bogman with a bock kill. She also served 6 serves with
4 aces. They won their second game 25 to 15. Kelci had two block kills and six
serves 3 going as aces. Claire McFarlen had 9 serves 5 going as aces. Alexus had
two save and Crystal Shankcrook had three saves herself.

Freshman volleyball lost 26-24 the first game. Sammie had 5 kills
this game and Kelci serving 7 serves in a row with 4 aces. Alexus had two saves. Second game was lost 25 - 16. Maddie Lennon had 4 serves in a row,
all being aces. Taylor served 2 in a row and had two saves.
