Comstock Bands and the Comstock Band Boosters are incredibly excited to offer a fun end-of-year trip to see a Detroit Tigers baseball game, and the Band of Blue will be performing the National Anthem!
When: Wednesday, June 14, 2023
Where: Comerica Park, Detroit
What: Detroit Tigers vs. Atlanta Braves
Leave Time: approx. 9:30 AM (specific itinerary to follow at later date)
Game Time: 1:10 PM
Non-Band Students/Families
All Comstock students are welcome to purchase tickets and attend! If other family members plan to attend, you will need to transport yourselves to and from the game.
- There is potential for a fan bus for students.
Dependent on ticket sales and securing of staff chaperones.
- May ask for money per rider to cover the cost of the fan bus.
Band Members
Any 6-12 grade Band Student can participate in playing the Star Spangled Banner!

2023 Band graduates are welcome as well!
- Band Boosters will purchase tickets for performers separately for $20 each.
- Bring money into Mr. Bergh or your respective school office.
Adults of Band Students
We would love to have you chaperone this event with us! We will be in need of adults for both MS and HS levels.
Those wishing to chaperone aboard the Band Bus and at Comerica Park will need to purchase tickets and submit information for a volunteer background check (per district policy).
