12-11 - Comstock 44 - White Pigeon 15

The Colts jumped out to a big lead again in the first quarter 19-1.  The boys were connecting on just about every shot they took in the 1st quarter.  Tristen Johnson was the top scorer with 14 points and Greyson Wuis scored 13.  Logan Hunter had his biggest game of the year scoring 8 points.

12-8 - Comstock 33 - Colon 18

The Colts had a good challenge tonight going into halftime with just an 8 point lead.  Early in the 3rd quarter, Colon brought it within 5 before the Colts pulled away for the win.  Tristen Johnson led the Colts with 15 points while Greyson Wuis, Jaxson Holdridge and Josh Cartwright each made a 3.

12-6 -Comstock 32 - Bangor 8

The boys had another big win against Bangor.  Tristen Johnson was the top scorer with 16 points and Josh Cartwright had his biggest game of the season with 8 points.

11-30 - Comstock 10 - Centreville 35

The Colts just weren't prepared to go up against Centreville again.  Centreville had there way with us on the fast break while they sat in a zone the entire first half.  Centreville was the only team we played all season that played a zone so it was difficult to get through at this age but something the boys can definitely overcome in the future.

11-29 - Comstock 27 - Hartford 15

The Colts rebounded from their first loss of the season with a strong game vs Hartford.  Tristen Johnson led all scorers with 8 points and 8 different boys scored in this game.

11-27 - Comstock 9 - Centreville 30

We weren't quite prepared enough for this game.  I think our athletic ability matches up with Centreville very well but our inexperience with court awareness caught up to us on this night.  We have to do a better job getting into a help position on defense.  I believe these are definitely areas we can get better at in a short period of time and look for a much improved game at Centreville later this week.

11-21 - Comstock 35 - White Pigeon 7

The Colts came out strong against White Pigeon outscoring them 23-2 in the first half.  The boys got a chance to work on things they've been struggling with this season so far.  Greyson Wuis led all scorers with 10 points.

11-20 - Comstock 32 - Bloomingdale 11

The Colts rushed out to a 12-2 lead and never looked back.  Tristen Johnson led the Colts with 12 points and Jayden Craig chipped in 8.

11-13 - Comstock 24 - Bangor 6

The 7th grade team kept the pressure on all night and continued to improve in all areas of the game.  I was most impressed with Jayden Craig's improvement thus far.  Josh Cartwright led the Colts with 8 points.

11-8 - Comstock 44 - Lawrence 8

Comstock came out of the gate with a great 1st quarter scoring 16 points as a team.  While there are still things to improve, the half court trap went well and the defense was improved.  Tristen Johnson led all scorers with 15 points and Jaxson Holdridge had 13 points.  In addition, we had 5 more Colts get in on the scoring.

11-6 - Comstock 32 - Hartford 16

The boys started off the season very well with a 16 point win over Hartford.   Tristen Johnson led the Colts with 16 points and Josh Cartwright chipped in 6.  Jaxson Holdridge did a great job as our point guard.  The effort was great by the entire team.
