5-18 - Comstock 1 - Vicksburg 2
5-18 - Comstock 3 - Vicksburg 5

Vicksburg came out in the first inning and got 1 run against Dakota Black, who pitched extremely well for the Colts! An hour rain delay left both teams playing tic tac toe on a baseball in between. Coming back from the delay the Colts tied it, thanks to a Dylan LaBrie double. Colts and Bulldogs had to play extra innings where the BullDogs came out on top 2-1.  Game 2, much like game 1 was VERY exciting! Colts jumped out to an early 3-0 lead, with great hits from Jacob Vreeman and Eric Hotchkiss. On the mound, Dylan LaBrie and Eric Miller were locked in! One bad inning again affected the Colts and they ended up losing a close one 5-3.

5-15 - Comstock 0 - Parchment 4
5-15 - Comstock 4 - Parchment 2

This was a great head to head battle between both teams, it was scoreless until the 5th inning. Timmy Thomas did a great job maintaining and throwing strikes on the mound, while also leading the team in hits. 1 bad inning hurt the Colts as they ended up losing 4-0.  Game 2 was a different story. Jacob Vreeman lead the charge getting on base and stealing 2 bases. Colts jumped out to an early 4-0 lead, and they were able to stick to that lead thanks for excellent play from Chad Dingman! Colts won 4-2.

5-12 - Comstock 0 - Hackett 15
5-12 - Comstock 4 - Hackett 1

Colts came out extremely struggling game 1, and were only able to get three innings in.. Conner Kent stopped the bleeding behind the plate throwing out as many runners as he could. Eric Hotchiss also helped with his bat, getting 2 hits.  Game 2 was a bit of a different story. Jhamil Davis went the entire game on the mound, holding the game scoreless til the 4th. Colts scored early with runs by Jacob Vreeman. Hackett was able to place a couple runs on a nice squeeze play and won 4-1. A night and day difference in effort for the Colts though.

4-28 - Comstock 4 - Kalamazoo Christian 5
4-28 - Comstock 5 - Kalamazoo Christian 7

Not playing many games might have had an impact on this game for the Colts. They started very slow, only scoring 1 run through 5 innings. K Christian hit a few gaps and scored 4 runs in the 3rd and kept their lead the whole game. Timmy Thomas was on fire, hitting 2 doubles and a single!! It was not enough in this one though, as the Colts lost by a run. Time limit strikes again. The colts had another solid outing from Jhamil Davis. He only allowed 3 earned runs, but unfortunately there were a few errors behind him allowing the Comets to take a quick lead. As the colts were making a come back behind Tyler Mays and Chad Dingman running the bases like crazy, time ran out.

4-24 - Comstock 7 - Delton-Kellogg 4
4-24 - Comstock 3 - Delton-Kellogg 2

Jhamil Davis took the mound for the Colts against a very tough and strong hitting Delton team. Davis kept the game scoreless until the 3rd, giving up a couple of hits. Jamie Smith knocked an inning opening double which allowed the Colts to grab a quick 4-0 lead. Unfortunately not many plays were made behind Jhamil, and Delton Kellogg came back late to tie. Comstock took that inning serious and all started hitting, especially after Dylan LaBrie knocked in 2 runs! Eric Miller started the game off right, striking out 2/3 batters. The colts scored 3 runs in the 3rd, leading the cause was Rush Rodwan who got on base every at bat. Due to a time limit, the colts pulled off a quick win.

4-17 - Comstock 3 - Buchanan 6
4-17 - Comstock 9 - Buchanan 8

Colts started the game with a quick double by Dylan LaBrie, and an immediate triple by Tyler Mays! After 4 innings of solid pitching by Eric Miller, the colts gave up a tough inning, 6 runs. That decided the game. After the tough game in game 1 the colts seemed prepared to come in and show them who wanted the game more. 5 runs in the first inning, coming from Chad Dingman, Jhamil Davis and Timmy Thomas really opened the door! Buchanan answered in the last inning scoring 8. Leaving the score 8-8 in the 7th. Kenzie Derhammer walked and Eric Hotchiss got a base hit to get on in scoring position. Leaving Conner Kent up to bat. Conner got the walk off single and the Colts won!! Great game and great effort.

4-14 - Comstock 3 - Coldwater 6
4-14 - Comstock 1 - Coldwater 11

Colts came out a little on the soft side, losing the first game 6-3. Solid play behind the plate by Dylan LaBrie, saved the team from what could have been a bigger loss. Jacob Vreeman and Mackenzie Derhammer lead the team hitting wise in game 1, but it wasn't enough to make a comeback.  Game 2 wasn't much better for the Colts. Eric Miller pitched a great game, and ran the bases like crazy but it was still not quite enough. Tyler Mays did a good job finishing the game on the mound, helping Rush Rodwan and Conner Kent turn a couple double plays in the process.  Colts are 2-2 and look to get back to a winning record at Home on Friday.

3-31 - Comstock 16 - Battle Creek Central 0
3-31 - Comstock 18 - Battle Creek Central 2

The Colts came out strong with the bats scoring 12 runs in the first inning, with most of those hits coming from Eric Miller!  Jhamil Davis threw a complete game, no hit/shutout!  In the second game we scored 11 runs in the first inning with Jhamil Davis and Tyler Mays both hitting multiple triples.  Chad Dingman was a beast on the base paths stealing many bases. The Colts won again 18-2!
