Thursday, Sept. 6thFamily, Teacher & Friends Scramble @ Hickory Ridge 3:30

Once again, we held our Annual Scramble on an absolutely gorgeous sunny day! This year we played at Hickory Ridge

on the blue course (we had to move this event from Friday to Thursday, because of the home football game, and leagues were still going on at Eastern Hills on this night, so it was not available).

This year, we had 10 teams and more players than ever! There were many great shots including Larry Schreiner's drive on #2 sitting in a chair, Mikala Sims 200+ drive on #5 (she won longest drive award), and Amber Salome's great putt on #1 sinking it from 6' with a field hockey stick! Once again, Team Megan Sims was victorious shoting a fine 7 under 26! WOW... thanks goes out to some very special people, Mindy Sims for organizing the meal afterwards, my mom, Ginny Geary, for bringing her famous "Slime dessert", and the following people for making this such a great day...the legendary and CHS Athletic Hall of Famer, Pat Ashby, Staff members: Principal Montange, Mrs. Dailey, Mrs. Hussey, Mr. Mutch! And all the parents and family members who came out and supported their girls!  What a fun night it was!
