Bill Liggett
Class of 1956
It was my pleasure to nominate Bill Liggett for induction into the Comstock High School Athletic Hall of Fame. As Bill has said on numerous occasions, “Jim and I have gone through K (kindergarten at Comstock) through “K” (Kalamazoo College) together.” Obviously we have a long history, much of it at two fine educational institutions. During that time, I have admired Bill’s positive attitude and ability to persevere through the obstacles that are faced in life. He was a talented athlete who, when appropriate, immersed himself in athletics which contributed greatly to the many successes he has achieved in his life. - Jim Van Zandt
