The 7th Grade Girls A Team won their 9th Game in a row by beating St. Monica in an Away game on Wednesday.  The Colts played great defense the whole game to hold St. Monica to 11 fewer points than in their previous meeting.  Maya Deyoung-Foster, Megan James, and Natalie Deyoung-Foster had exceptional defensive efforts.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 16 points, Karissa Gilley with 8 points, Brionna Tiffany with 6 points, and Maya Deyoung-Foster with 2 points.

2-15 - Comstock 41 - Parchment 19

The 7th Grade Girls A Team won their 8th game in a row on Monday by beating Parchment in a home game.  The Colts shutdown Parchment by only allowing 3 points in the first quarter and holding them to only 5 points the whole 2nd half.   Top defenders were Megan James and Maya Deyoung-Foster.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 16 points, Brionna Tiffany with 7 points, Karissa Gilley with 8 points, 6 points for Maya Deyoung-Foster, and 2 points each for Allie Rawlinson, and Natalie Deyoung-Foster.

2-10 - Comstock 32 - Kalamazoo Christian 24

The 7th Grade Girls A Team won their 7th game in a row on Wednesday by beating Kalamazoo Christian at Home.  The Comets kept the game close by keeping the score tied at half-time at 17 points each.  The Colts came out strong defensively in the 2nd half and held the Comets to only 7 more points for the rest of the game.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 17 points, Brionna Tiffany with 5 points, Karissa Gilley with 4 points, and 2 points each for Maya Deyoung-Foster, Allie Rawlinson, and Natalie Deyoung-Foster.


2-8 - Comstock 38 - Martin 15

The 7th Grade Girls A Team won their 6th Game in a row by beating Martin in an Away game on Monday evening.  The Colts only allowed 3 points in the whole 1st half with excellent defense by Megan James, Masyn Scott, and Natalie Deyoung-Foster.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 12 points, Brionna Tiffany with 10 points, Maya Deyoung-Foster with 10 points, Karissa Gilley with 4 points, and Allie Rawlinson with 2 points.


2-3 - Comstock 41 - Parchment 27

The 7thGrade Girls A Team won their 5th game in a row by beating Parchment at their place by the score of 41-27.   The Lady Colts had to turn on the defense in the 2nd half to open the lead up for a comfortable win.  Great defensive effort by Natalie Deyoung-Foster and Megan James.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 14 points, Karissa Gilley with 11 points, Maya Deyoung-Foster with 9 points, Brionna Tiffany with 3 points, and Allie Rawlinson and Natalie Deyoung-Foster with 2 points each.


2-1 - Comstock 36 - Delton-Kellogg 9

The Comstock 7th Grade Girls A team won their 4th game in a row on Monday at Delton-Kellogg.  Although the Colts started off slow, they put the game away at the beginning of the 2nd half.  Outstanding defense in this game by Megan James and Natalie Deyoung-Foster.   Top scorers were Macy Cannon with 16 points, Brionna Tiffany with 8 points, Karissa Gilley with 8 points, Natalie Deyoung-Foster with 2 points, Maya Deyoung-Foster with 2 points.  

1-27 - Comstock 35 - St. Monica 32

The Comstock 7th Grade Girls A team won their 3rd game in a row with a tough fought win over St. Monica.  Although the Colts led the whole game, they had to play strong defense in the final minutes to avoid a comeback by St. Monica.  Top defensive players were Maya Deyoung Foster and Megan James.  Top scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 12 points, Maya Deyoung Foster with 9 points, Karissa Gilley with 8 points, Brionna Tiffany with 4 points, and Allie Rawlinson with 2 points.

1-25 - Comstock 32 - Galesburg-Augusta 17


The 7th Grade Girls A Team played Galesburg-Augusta on Monday night in an away game.  The Lady Colts won the game easily and led the whole game.  Great defense by Megan James and Allie Rawlinson.  Maya Deyoung Foster was the top rebounder for the night with numerous offensive rebounds.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 11 points, Brionna Tiffany with 8 points, Maya Deyoung Foster with 6 points, Karissa Gilley with 5 points and Megan James with 2 points.  

1-21 - Comstock 22 - Kalamazoo Christian 10


The 7th Grade Girls A Team played their first game of the season last Friday at Kalamazoo Christian.  Comstock started off with a fast start and held a comfortable lead the whole game.  The whole team played excellent defense and held the Comets to only 10 points.  High scorers in the game were Macy Cannon with 11 points, Karissa Gilley with 5 points, Brionna Tiffany with 4 points and Maya Deyoung Foster with 2 points
