12-14 - Comstock 23 - New Buffalo 26
The Colts had a great battle for the last game of the season. It was a back and forth game all the way up until the end. With 12 seconds left, New Buffalo sank two free throws to go up by 3 points. The Colts had 1 last chance to tie the game and send to OT but came up short. Clayton Buell played a very good game scoring some points and grabbing lots of rebounds. Rasheed Patterson and Isaiah Andrews kept pushing the ball Cameron Jackson and Kemper Scaife scored a three.
12-12 - Comstock 28 - White Pigeon 12
The Colts recorded their 2nd win of the season. The boys put a good day together across the board and Rasheed Patterson had a monster game scoring 22 points on the day. Great job boys!!!
12-7 - Comstock 14 - Marcellus 34
Marcellus did a great job on both ends of the floor and the Colts just couldn't keep up. Rasheed Patterson led the Colts in scoring.
12-5 - Comstock 20 - Mendon 28
The Colts kept it close in the first half only being down 10-6. In the 2nd half, the Colts struggled with help defense a bit more. Rasheed Patterson led the Colts with 8 points.
11-30 - Comstock 14 - Cassopolis 32
The Colts definitely improved on the defensive end of the floor. Multiple times I saw boys moving to help and we did a good job going after rebounds. Where we struggled was making that 1st pass on the offensive end of the floor. It was a 2 point game with a minute to go in the half and Cassopolis turned the tables on us at that point. Rasheed Patterson led the Colts with 6 points.
11-28 - Comstock 12 - Centreville 33
The Colts had a difficult time handling the counter attack on the fast break tonight. Rasheed Patterson led the Colts with 6 points.
11-22 - Comstock 10 - Decatur 20
The Colts kept it close in the 1st half but couldn't keep up with Decatur's overall athleticism. Cameron Jackson led the Colts with 4 points.
11-21 - Comstock 16 - Lawrence 18
The Colts made it a closer game the 2nd time around but still not enough to get over the hump. We're inching closer on the defensive end but still need more court awareness.
11-9 - Comstock 19 - Bloomingdale 15
The Colts earned their 1st win of the season against Bloomingdale. We continue to learn on the defensive end of the floor. Rasheed Patterson led the Colts with 9 points.
11-7 - Comstock 10 - Hartford 33
The 7th boys bball team lost last night to Hartford 33-10. The boys showed improvement but still have some work to do on both ends of the floor. Rasheed Patterson led the Colts with 6 points and Shamar Nichols dropped in 4.
11-3 - Comstock 17 - Lawrence 22
The 7th grade boys team started their 2022 season with a game at Lawrence. The boys were full of energy and played hard. We pushed the ball up the floor very well but overall, still have some work to do. Kemper Scaife led the Colts with 8 points and Rasheed Patterson had quite a few steals.
