The boys had a tough day at Jonesville. They went 1-2 on the day. They lost to Jonesville 25-14. Josh Allen lead the way with 7 points. In the second game the boys played Fremont and won 26-18. Stephan Hartsuff scored also adding an assist and rebound. In the last game the boys lost to Hudson 35-30.  The boys played hard but came up a little short. Caleb goslin had 10 rebounds and a steal in the loss.

Comstock 23 - Springport 6
The 5th grade boys played in Springport this past weekend going 2-1 and taking home another second place finish. The boys had their best defensive outing of the year only allowing 31 points to be scored against them on the day. They beat Queens 27-7, lost to Charlotte 18-16 and and beat springport 23-6. DJ Howard scored 34 points on the day leading the way for the young stampede team.

In the evening session the boys played pennfield and lost 33-19. The bright spot was Gavin Varner scoring his first basket as a stampede member against his former teammates. The boys played Olivet for the next game and won 24-20. In the night cap the boys played Queens. The boys played hard and won 33-19. The boys took home second place for the second week in a row. The boys are 13-5 on the season.

The 5th grade boys defeated Vicksburg Saturday night 31-18. The colts are going into the tournament undefeated. Steven Leaders and RJ Baker lead the way on defense while DJ Howard and Bryce Carter lead the way on offense. 

11-22 - Comstock 25 - Dowagiac 23

11-22 - Comstock 42 - Dowagiac 33 OT

The 5th grade boys played Dowagiac. They were lead by Josh Allen who scored 13 points. Followed by DJ Howard who scored 8 points. Caleb Goslin with 2 points. The team won 25-23.  In the second game it was an overtime thriller with the boys winning 42-33. Josh Arriaga scored his first points of the season. Anthony flowers also scored in the boys win. 

11-15 - Comstock 52 - Parchment 20

The 5th grade boys beat Parchment on Saturday 52-20. The boys were lead by DJ Howard with 21 points followed by Josh Allen with 18 and Bryce carter with 8 points. The boys are 5-0 so far this season. 

11-14 - Comstock 47 - Vicksburg 24

We played Vicksburg Friday night winning 47-24. Leading scorer was DJ Howard with 25 points. Followed by Josh Allen with 16 points. Bryce carter also scored 6points. Steven Leaders had 2 steals. Rj baker had 3 steals 2 rebounds and 1 assist. 

11-8 - Comstock 29 - Lakeshore 13

The 5 th grade boys won 29-13 against Lakeshore. Ethan Jackson scored 4 points and 3 rebounds. Josh Allen had 4 blocks. Tommy Ricks scored his first points of the season as well. Rj baker had a season high 6 take always.

Our scores against Galesburg game 1 45-18 game 2 44-22. We played great.  DJ Howard had a total of 36 points. Josh Allen had 22 points. Bryce Carter had 18 points. We had a great day.
