2-14 - Comstock 19 - Plainwell 35

The JV girls basketball trailed only by 3 to a very tough Plainwell team at halftime, but fell short Thursday night. Katelyn O'Connell 6 rebounds and played tough defense, Ari Stewart added 8 points, and Bailey Scohy also added 9 rebounds.

2-7 - Comstock 36 - Allegan 27

Comstock JV Girls won 36-27 against Allegan Thursday night, avenging an earlier 3 point loss in the loss in December.  The Colts led the whole way, making 6 of 7 free throws down the stretch to secure their 7th win.  Leading all scorers was Kari Wilson Abrams with 15 points, also adding 13 rebounds, Ari Stewart had 11 points, and the team did a great job with help defense.

Comstock 24 - South Haven 38

1-29 - Comstock 49 - Coloma 21

Comstock JV girls won their 6th contest Tuesday night defeating the Coloma Comets 49-21. Ari Stewart led all scorers with 14 points (two 3-pointers), Jordan Baker had 11 points, 9 steals, and Kari Wilson Abrams, Justine Baker, and Brooke Munson all added 8 points. Another great team defensive effort.

1-24 - Comstock 31 - Otsego 28

Comstock JV Girls basketball won their 5th game last Thursday defeating Otsego 31-28. The Colts went on an 8-0 run to finish the game. It was a fantastic team effort on defense, this game being the 9th game the JV team has held their opponent to less than 40 points. Outstanding performances included Keyana Allen with 8 points, Brooke Munson with 14 points and 4 assists, and Kari Wilson-Abrams with 12 rebounds.

Comstock 35 - Vicksburg 47

1-15 - Comstock 47 - Edwardsburg 40

The Comstock junior varsity girls' team defeated Edwardsburg 47-40 last night.  Down by 9 heading into the 4th quarter, the team rallied around full court pressure and clutch shots out-scoring the Eddies 23-7 in the 4th quarter.  Jordan Baker led all scorers with 17 points, Ari Stewart had 15 including 2 three-point shots in the 4th, Brooke Munson also added 9.  The team played great help defense and rebounded the ball very well throughout the game.

12-18 - Comstock 36 - Dowagiac 22

The Comstock girl's JV team won their second straight game Tuesday night defeating Dowagiac 36 to 22. Justine Baker led all scorers with 17 points, Jordan Baker added 11 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 steals. Keyana Allen added 4 points and Bailey Scohy had 12 rebounds. The team did a great job working on defense holding a second straight opponent under 25 points.

12-13 - Comstock 25 - Paw Paw 23

Comstock's JV Girls basketball team walked away victorious Thursday night with a narrow 25-23 win over Paw Paw at home. Jordan Baker led the team with 8 points, 9 rebounds, 5 steals. Katelynn O' Connell chipped in 4 points including the game winning basket, Bailey Scohy had 4 points and 11 rebounds, Keyana Allen had 4 points, 3 assists, and 6 rebounds. It was a tremendous team effort, Comstock finished the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter with just 4 players and were able to hang on for the win.

12-11 - Comstock 10 - Three Rivers 33 

Comstock battled throughout, losing to Three Rivers last night. Keyana Allen scored 5 points and had 6 rebounds, Jordan Baker had 10 rebounds (4 offensive), and Katelyn O'Connell played tough defense. Comstock's JV will play next vs. Paw Paw at home Thursday night.

12-6 - Comstock 27 - Otsego 42

The Comstock JV fought hard Thursday night, but fell short 42-27. Justine Baker led the team with 10 points, Keyana Allen added 7 rebounds, and Jordan Baker played tenacious defense coming up with 6 steals. Also helping out with the scoring was Monica Cannon with 4 points as well as 6 rebounds.

11-30 - Comstock 17 - Vicksburg 41

Comstock's JV team fought hard Friday night, but fell to a tough Vicksburg team. Jordan Baker led scoring with 8 points, also adding 5 steals, and 8 Rebounds, Bailey Scohy also had 9 rebounds, and Katelyn O'Connell played tough defense.

11-27 - Comstock 20 - Marshall 35

The Colts were down by 5 going into the 4th quarter.  Ari Stewart led the team with 7 points, Jordan Baker played relentless defense, and Bailey Scohy added 5 points and tough rebounding inside.
