12-14 - Wolverine Tourney Championship
Comstock 43-Paw Paw 48

In the Championship game the Colts faced their best opponent of the year in Paw Paw.  This game was close throughout out with the two teams exchanging leads the entire game.  The Colts went into halftime with a slim lead over Paw Paw, lead by Shane Easter and Travon Blackely offensively.  The game came down to the last play and the defense of Paw Paw was just enough to stop the strong Colts from taking the victory.  The Colts fought hard all game and all season and finish their year with a winning record of 8 wins and 4 losses.  Congratulations Colts on making the Championship game and working hard all year!

Comstock 48 - Vicksburg 38

The Colts in the same day play their second game of the tournament against Vicksburg.  The Colts picked up right where they left off and the defense helps the team pull out to another early lead. This time the Colts had to hold on to the lead from a very good Vicksburg team who stayed close all game.  Shane Easter lead all scorers with 27, but big games from Shaune Carter, Matt Mason, and Travon Blakely helped the Colts hold of Vicksburg for a 10 point victory.  The win puts the Colts in the championship game of the tournament.

12-10 - Wolverine Tourney Quarter 
Comstock 40 - Plainwell - 25

The playoffs start great for the Colts has they get their first tournament win against Plainwell.  After seeing the Trojans twice during the regular season the Colts were confident and prepared for their third meeting.  Full court pressure from the Colts allowed them to open a big league that they never gave up.  Shane Easter and Travon Blakely had a combined 24 points in the first half leading the Colts to a big victory.  Matt Mason, Dylan Labrie and Logan Tiller, lead the full court pressure, who forced multiple turnovers that turned into big points for the team.  The Colts win big and move on in the winners bracket of the tournament. 

12-7 - Comstock 39 - Allegan 20

Another great defensive game from the Colts turned into win for the last game of the season for the Colts.  Team defense from, Travon Blakely, Dylan Labrie, Matt Mason and Shane Easter, allowed the Colts to jump out to an early lead that they maintained the whole game.  The Colts offense had 5 different scorers that included Trevor Otto (2) and Shaune Carter (4). The Colts end the season on a 3 game winning streak and improve their overall record for the regular season to 6-3.  Good work gentleman on great year of basketball. 

12-5 - Comstock 27 - Plainwell 22

The rematch between the two schools turned out to be a thriller and a great game.  The Colts who were down by 5 points at the half, came out in the second and only allowed 5 points to be scored by their opponent.  Chris Blackman played great defense and made some late steals at the end of the game to secure the win for the Colts.  Comstock, in comeback fashion, rides a 2 game winning streak and improves their record to 5-3 on the year. 

11-30 - Comstock 27 - Otsego 26

The second game between these two teams turned out be to as good and close as their first meeting.  In a tight game throughout, the Colts stood strong and held on for a win vs Otsego.  Team defense, lead by Logan Tiller and Timmy Thomas allowed the Colts to prevail and come out with a win improving their record to 4-3 on the year.  

11-29 - Comstock 32 - Springfield 60

The Colts ran into a very talented Springfield team who proved to be a little to much for the Colts. A slow start and to many turnovers from the Colts allowed Springfeild to pull away and not look back.  The defense, lead by Travon Blakely, was not fast enough to stop thier opponent tonight and the Colts fall to 3-3 on the season.  

11-21 - Comstock 35  - Three Rivers 23 

The Colts continure their great defense and strong offensive to add another win to their record over Three Rivers at home.  Shane Easter lead all scorers with 19 points. But the story of the game was the defense, lead by Travon Blakely and Dylan Labrie, causing steals and forcing turnovers that allowed the Colts to win again and improve their record to 3-2. 

11-17 - Comstock 43 - Plainwell 24 

Great team defense and full court pressure from the Colts, lead to a big victory over PlainwellThe Colts started strong opening up a big lead where 7 different players scored, Matt Mason (14), Travon Blakely (6), Chris Blackman (2), Shaune Carter (3), Dylan Labrie (2), Shane Easter (12) and Timmy Thomas with 4 points.  Great overall team effort and the Colts improve their record to 2-2 on the season.

11-16 - Comstock 26 - Paw Paw 44

In their first road game of the year the Colts drop another game to a very good and fast Paw Paw team. A slow start for both teams the Colts went into the half down by 5.  The offense of the Colts struggled in the 2nd half and Paw Paw was able to maintain their lead.  Dylan Labrie and Shane Easter lead the defense but the Colts fall short and fall to 1-2 on the season.

11-14 - Comstock 35 - Otsego 39

In a Close game that came down to the wire, the Colts suffer their first loss of the season.  Comstock offensive was lead by Shane Easter who had 26 points, and was a big part in the team defense of the Colts.  They lose a hard fought game to a good Otsego team and fall to 1-1 on the season. 

11-8 - Comstock 45 - Vicksburg 36

The Colts start their season off right with a win at home.  The explosive offensive lead by Matt Mason, Travon Blakely, Logan Tiller and Shane Easter, all with at least 8 points, helped the Colts stay ahead of Vicksburg the whole game. Tough defense allowed the Colts to keep Vicksburg at bay as they start their season 1-0.
