Last
game against Cereal City was tied 35-35 with 2 minutes left. After
beating their press easily all game, we for some reason abandoned our
press break which lead them for a couple quick buckets. It was by far
our best game of the year. I thought Cereal City was better than 2 of
the teams we played earlier. Before the last game I wrote down one skill
each individual needed to focus on in the game and I think everyone
reached their goal. Eric has really stepped up his basketball since he
stepped in as our 2-guard and backup point guard. He's really becoming
being a leader
Coloma Tournament
Seth Ansel scored 14 points in the 2nd game and Joel Lopez had 11 and Jesse Mortimer had 8 in the 3rd game.
The
boys played hard today but weren't in game shape to finish the games
off. Seth Ansel led the boys in scoring throughout the day. Joel Lopez
and Jesse Mortimer played tough defense.
