The 8th grade stampede lost a hard fought game in double OT to Eaton Rapids, 42-36. The Stampede were lead by Adrian  White and Dylan Mcfarlen.  In their second game the stampede fell to Olivet 24-48 for the second loss of the day.  In there final game after a great come back from 12 points down, the stampede fell just short and lost to Grass Lake by 3 points. Marcus Cannon lead the comeback for the stampede.

Comstock 41 - St. Joe 32
The Stampede finished 1-2 at their tournament in Battle Creek over the weekend.  Comstock lost to Lakeview 29-11.  Next, they played Battle Creek and played hard but fell short 42-29. Marcus Cannon had 9 points and Raekwon had 8 points to the lead the way.  Last they played St. Joe and the Stampede put it all together and won 41-32. The team was led by Vernard Whitehead and Dylan Mcfarlen.  The stampede played great defense and finished the day with a win.

The 8th grade Stampede finished with a 1-2 record in the Comstock Tournament over the weekend. The boys played hard and started the day off with a win over Grass Lake 38-19, Marcus Cannon lead the team in points and knocked down 5 three pointers. The Stampede finished the day by losing to Parchment in a hard fought game 24-35 and then dropped another game to Caledonia 34-48.
