2-25 - MHSAA Individual Regionals

The girls varsity team had an excellent day on Saturday for the Individual Regional event.  Each bowler rolled six games for this event.  Freshman Addison Vacha rolled a 603 total with a high game of 128 for 73re place; Freshman Isabella Grimes shot a 612 total scoring her season high game of 143 for 72nd place; Senior Cadence Hofacre rolled a 683 total with a high game of 139 for 63red place; Freshman Allison Foster rolled a 716 total with a high game of 137 for 55th place; Senior Noelle Keene shot a 867 total scoring her season high game of 190 and putting her in 24th place; Junior Madison Greenhalgh rolled a 903 total, and she not only rolled her season high game, she also broke a school record with her game six 201 landing her in 16th place.

2-24 - MHSAA Team Regionals

The girls varsity bowling team had a good day at the Team Bowling Regionals in Jackson on Friday.  They started out with 8 Baker games scoring 138, 96, 120, 112, 119, 120, 141, & 97 giving them a Baker total of 943 pins. Next, they moved on to bowl two regular games. Game one consisted of Addison Vacha scoring 66, Allison Foster rolling a 110, Cadence Hofacre also rolling a 110, Noelle Keene scoring 124, and Madison Greenhalgh shooting a 153 for a game total of 563.  Game two bowlers were Isabella Grimes rolling a 96, Anna Schreiner shot a 97, Cadence Hofacre rolled a 134, Noelle Keene with a 150, and Madison Greenhalgh shot a 170 for a game two total of 647. The girls finished in 13th place with a total pinfall of 2153.

2-17 - SAC Conference Tournament

Unfortunately, due to inclement weather we were unable to have the conference tournament for the 2022-2023 bowling season. The girls varsity bowling team ended their season taking 5 wins and 9 losses. Overall, they finished 6th in conference.  Noelle Keene was awarded Honorable Mention for finishing 12th in the conference with a 140.18 average.


2-13 - Comstock 3 - Bronson 27

Girls varsity bowling unfortunately lost to Bronson Monday evening 3 – 27.  They lost both Baker games 104 – 127 and 126 – 131.  They also lost both regular games 598 – 619 and 574 – 649.  High scores for the night were held by Noelle Keene with a 144 and a 149, Madison Greenhalgh with a 140 and a 128, along with Anna Schreiner who shot a 102 and a 104, hitting her season high series of 206.

2-9 - Comstock 26 - Saugatuck 4

The girls varsity bowling team won 26 – 4 against Saugatuck Thursday.  They won both Baker games scoring 110 – 107 and 96 – 70.  The girls were on a roll and kept it going by winning both regular games 603 – 527 and 538 – 530.  High scorers were Madison Greenhalgh shooting a 135 and a 150 to hit her season high series of 285, Noelle Keene shooting a 152, and Cadence Hofacre shooting a 134.

2-7 - Comstock 14 - South Haven 16

Girls varsity bowling lost at South Haven 14 – 16 Tuesday night.  The girls won both Baker games scoring 118 – 115 and 104 – 96.  Unfortunately, they couldn’t keep their rhythm and lost both regular games 549 – 703 and 500 – 580.  High scores for the evening were Noelle Keene with a 137, Madison Greenhalgh with a 135, and Cadence Hofacre with a 119.

2-1 - Comstock 30 - Gobles 0

Varsity girls bowling took the win over Gobles Wednesday.  The girls lost both Baker games 113 – 151 and 105 – 111.  They were able to regroup and bring it back by winning both regular games with scores of 628 – 554 and 653 – 637.  High scores were held by Noelle Keene with a 159 and a 153, Allison Foster who shot her personal season best of a 146, and Madison Greenhalgh with a 142.  The girls also achieved their season high regular game score of 653, along with a season high series of 1281.

1-30 - Comstock 6 - Allegan 24

Varsity girls bowling lost Monday night to Allegan 6 – 24.  The girls won the first Baker game 134 – 120, and lost the second 91 – 158.  The girls lost both regular games 568 – 706 and 522 – 716.  High scores for the evening were Noelle Keene shooting a 149 and a 138 and  Madison Greenhalgh with a 137.

1-25 - Comstock 27 - Parchment 3

Girls varsity bowling team won Wednesday, 27 – 3 against the Parchment panthers.  They had a good first baker game winning 122 – 102 and followed it up with an amazing 193 – 119 for their second baker; setting a school record for a Baker score.  They won their first regular game 571 – 530 and their second regular game 664 – 545.  High scores for the evening were held by Noelle Keene shooting a 168, Cadence Hofacre with a 142, and Ava Schreiner with a 136.

1-23 - Comstock 6 - Martin 24

Girls Varsity Bowling lost to Martin Monday evening 6 – 24.  They lost both baker games 105 – 145 and 104 – 138.  The girls lost the first regular game 569 – 654 and tied on the second game with 569 – 569. High scores were held by Noelle Keene, who shot a 177 and a 170 for her season high series of 347.

1-18 - Comstock 12 - Coloma 18

The girls varsity bowling team lost Wednesday vs Coloma 12 – 18. The girls won both baker games with scores of 104 – 99 and 126 – 105. They lost the first regular game 566 – 690 and the second scoring 591 – 699. Scoring the high games for the evening were Noelle Keene with a 153 and a 127, Cadence Hofacre with a 125, and Allison Foster who shot a 123.

1-16 - Comstock 7.5 - South Haven 22.5

The girls varsity bowling team lost their match Monday vs South Haven 7.5 – 22.5. The girls lost the first baker game 83 – 105, and won the second 112 – 89. They lost the first regular game 453 – 578, and came up short in the second scoring 517 – 566. Noelle Keene was the high scorer for the girls shooting a 256 series, followed by freshman Allison Foster with a 236 series.

1-12 - Comstock 9 - Coloma 21

Girls Varsity Bowling unfortunately lost to Coloma Thursday evening 9 – 21.  They lost the first baker game 79 – 90 and won the second baker 111 – 97.  The first regular game score was 519 – 580 and the second was 492 – 561.  High series for the night were held by Noelle Keene with a 304 series, Cadence Hofacre with a 213 series, and Madison Greenhalgh with a 202 series.


1-11 - Comstock 19 - Saugatuck 11

Girls Varsity Bowling walked away with the win Wednesday against Saugatuck.  They won the first baker game 103 – 101, then lost the second 99 – 110.  The ladies brought it back when they took the first regular game 565 – 559 followed up with the second game scoring 532 – 501.  Their final score was 19 – 11.  High scorers were Noelle Keene with a 144, Ava Schreiner with a 137, and Cadence Hofacre with a 132.

12-14 - Comstock 21 - Parchment 9

Girls’ varsity bowling team brought home a big win against Parchment on Wednesday.  The girls won the first baker game and tied on the second.  They were able to bring it home in the regular games giving them a final score of 21 – 9.  High scores for the night were held by Madison Greenhalgh with a 224 series, Cadence Hofacre scored a 258 series, and Noelle Keene finished it up with a 259 series.

12-7 - Comstock 0 - Allegan 30

Girls Varsity Bowling unfortunately lost to Martin Wednesday evening 0 – 30.  The girls were down a bowler, but gave it their all regardless.  High series for the night were held by Allison Foster with a 218 series, Madison Greenhalgh with a 207 series, Isabella Grimes with a 177 series, and Addison Vacha with a 124 series.


12-5 - Comstock 13 - Martin 17

Girls Varsity Bowling unfortunately lost to Martin Monday evening 13 – 17. The girls scored their first 10 points out of the gate by winning both baker games: 112 – 101 and 106 – 88. It was a tough fight in the regular games, Noelle Keene was anchor for the team rolling a 138 and a 131 to claim a 269 series.  Other high scores were Madison Greenhalgh shooting a 189 series and Anna Schreiner with a 160 series.
