10-31 - Rocket League - Comstock 3 - Dowagiac 0
Our match against Dowagiac was probably our toughest match yet. They had good control and teamwork. We were able to keep up and after a short stalemate, we were able to pull ahead in the first match winning 3-2, followed by the second and third being similar matches.
10-18 - Valorant - Comstock Loss vs Buchanan
We lost our Valorant rematch against Buchanon but we played much better and the kids had fun. I feel that we are on the right track with the game and learning the mechanics and the students are starting to gain experience with the tactics during play.
10-6 - Rocket League - Comstock 3 - Coloma 0
We had a clean sweep in our Rocket League match against Coloma Thursday. The coordination of our players Ryan, Nolan, and Keion was top notch making this a surefire win! I am excited for our first season of Rocket League as I think that we have a great team and these students can play at an even higher level. Go Colts!
10-4 - Valorant - Comstock Loss vs St. Joe
Our match against the St Joe Bears didn't go so well. We need to focus on default plans that can help produce results during the attacking phase of the game, and learn to use abilities more often overall throughout the match. These are points that we will work on during practice to prepare for our next match against the Fennville Blackhawks.
9-29 - Rocket League - Comstock 3 - Hartford 0
It was a great game for our students in our first ESport Rocket League match against Hartford! Leading the way for our team was Rocket League captain Ryan Baroza, along with Nolan Austin and Austin Block-Carmean, great job team! We may be a first-year team but we are gonna bring the heat to each and every match! Go Colts!
9-27 - Valorant - Comstock 0 - Buchanan 13
Our latest match was a hard one going against the Buchanon Bucks, a fourth-year ESports Team. They have shown us what we do well and what we can improve upon for being a first-year team. We can only improve our play style and teamwork from here on out, we will work to be ready for the rematch!
